Sherry Blyton

President and owner of Title-Rite Services, Inc., Sherry Blyton is a Maryland Native, having lived most of her life in Anne Arundel County.
Over the past two decades Sherry has made enduring relationships in all facets of the real estate industry and is a member of several Industry organizations while also sitting on the board of the Maryland Land Title Association.
She’s a respected community business leader and an innovative business owner pushing her company to stay at forefront of industry regulations and changes.
Jennifer Lader

Jennifer has been in the real estate industry since 2003, starting as a real estate agent. She received her title producer license in 2004, and became the office manager of a busy title company in Anne Arundel County. She and her husband opened their own title company, Pride Title and Escrow LLC, in 2006 and ran a successful business for eight years before deciding to merge with Title Rite Services in 2015. While performing settlements and processing transactions Jen enjoys the challenges of providing clients with a high level of expertise, and problem solving to close the deal.
Abby Dougherty

Having been in the title industry since 1995, with Title-Rite Services, Inc., since 1997 and a Licensed Title Producer since 1998, Abby has experience in all aspects of the industry. She regularly attend continuing education classes and seminars keeping her informed of the changes that are constantly occurring in our industry. While her focus is now in Escrow, Post-Closing and Final Title Policies, she’s more than happy to assist our clients in any of their title needs. She strives for attention to detail and excellent customer service and believes nothing is more satisfying than a happy client.
